Kate Moross

Kate Moross's hand rendered  typography is so lively and vibrant. Her work is extremely detailed. I feel that designers revert to using software to produce typography to readily these days and need to explore different avenues to produce far more productive results. For example, this work.

It is inspiring to realize that our hands still work and are capable of producing just as, or even more impressive typography than that of the likes of Adobe Illustrator.

Moross's work has been very successful, she has produced work for a variety of media. Such as gig flyers for The Klaxons and billboard designs for Cadbury's Dairy Milk. Being only 22, this is a major achievement.

Lets put our Macs' away and get out our old fashioned pen and paper.
